Description : clear, syrupy / thick liquid

Glucose syrup is less sweet as normal sugar. It is normally obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, which is a polymer of glucose.


Glucose syrup is widely used in candy, caramel, chewing gum, soy sauce, jellies, jams, fondants, marshmallows, biscuit, bakery, ice cream, pharmaceutical, etc.
